The Breath is
the Way back to you

What if your breath is the doorway to the wisdom that has always been within you?

Most of us spend a lot of time in our heads, thinking, analyzing, planning, always reaching for the next insight. The one place we rarely think to look is right here, inside our own body.

The breath gives us a way back in.

Your breath is the rhythm of your life. The way you breathe often mirrors the way you move through your days: rushed or grounded, held or open, braced or flowing. When you change the way you breathe, you change the way you meet life.

When you breathe in a conscious, connected way, it’s like turning down the static so the signal can come through. The noise quiets, you become present.

And in that quiet, you may hear something you haven’t heard in a while.

Your own voice.

The part of you that never left. The one who remembers.

And maybe that’s what coming home really is. Not becoming someone new. Not finding the answer out there. Just remembering what was inside you all along.

One breath at a time.
